On 7 November, supporters of the Israeli football team Maccabi Tel Aviv descended on Amsterdam and violently attacked the people of that city, especially those of Arab origin. The news agencies of the world revelled in describing it as a horrific anti-semitic attack on the Maccabi supporters. The forensic analysis in this video shows how footage which showed Maccabi supporters attacking others was deliberately distorted to appear to be the opposite. Reuters, the BBC, and the Guardian newspaper were all complicit in this false narrative. Watch below.
